The project, as detailed below, involves the development of two intellectual Outputs (IO1 and IO2) aimed at identifying and developing skills in teachers that enable them to apply the Flipped Classroom approach to teaching, thus improving performance scholarships for students.

FLI CREATE project results framework

The project aimed to improve the school performance of the students in the involved schools. In the project strategy is expected to achieve this goal by aligning teaching processes to the cognitive processes of the students through learning and implementing pedagogies consistent with the Flipped Classroom approach.

In particular, the project fostered and encouraged the development of teachers’ competences in the following areas:

  • Implementation of the Flipped Classroom approach, use of digital technologies and resources for teaching;
  • Use of active teaching methods consistent with the Flipped Classroom (Creativity Method, Simulation, Storytelling based learning);
  • Creativity and problem solving for teaching useful both for the development of learning objects that students use at home and for the conception and management of classroom activities.
